Jeff Mekolites

With over 2 decades of rock climbing, ice climbing and mountaineering experience and over a decade of teaching experience, I am able to assist with developing a course that will help you meet your personal or group climbing goals.

  6. Royal Arches, Royal Arches, Yosemite National Park, CA, (III. 5.10a, 15 pitches)
  7. Regular Route, Fairview Dome, Yosemite National Park, CA, (III, 5.9, 12 pitches)
  8. East Face, Mt. Whitney, Sierra Nevada, CA, (III, 5.7, 13 pitches)
  9. Traveler Buttress, Lovers Leap, CA (5.9, 4 pitches)

American Alpine Club Live Your Dream Grant Recipient

  • Jeff Mekolites and Scott Perkins awarded AAC Live Your Dream Grant 2013 to travel and climb Mt. Slesse located in the Chilliwack Range, BC, Canada.  Although, they were unsuccessful on that trip, they did return to successfully climb the route in the Summer of 2017.
